The Centre Principal Role is a leadership position that oversees the daily operations of the centre. It requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team to achieve organisational goals.

This role involves leading a team to manage the daily operation of the centre, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or its equivalent, and at least 5 years of relevant work experience as a centre supervisor in a pre-school or childcare setting.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum;
  • Communicating with parents effectively and building rapport and trusted relationships;
  • Handling administrative work to meet compliance and regulatory requirements for the centre's operation.

This role requires strong leadership and management abilities, a high sense of responsibility and positive work attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills.
