Director of Retail Financial Strategy

This is an extraordinary opportunity to spearhead a transformative retail wealth initiative, crafting the strategy and executing plans to scale.
As a seasoned retail wealth leader, you will develop and implement the vision for a new retail wealth proposition, designing and implementing operational models across distribution, customer experience, and operations. You will lead strategic initiatives in partnership with senior leadership, bringing innovative approaches to redefine retail wealth engagement.
You will build and inspire a high-performing team aligned with growth ambitions and assume P&L responsibility as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the strategy for a new retail wealth proposition.
- Design and implement operational models across distribution, customer experience, and operations.
- Lead strategic initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
- Bring innovative approaches to redefine retail wealth engagement.
- Build and inspire a high-performing team aligned with growth ambitions.
- 10–15 years of experience in retail wealth, private banking, or financial services.
- Strong track record in strategy, distribution, or transformation within banks, insurers, or wealth platforms.
- In-depth understanding of the retail wealth model, including both opportunities and pitfalls.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building something new in a high-growth environment.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
