At the forefront of robotic innovation, we seek a skilled Manipulation Systems Engineer to design and develop cutting-edge robotic manipulation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotics, computer science, or a related field, with expertise in kinematics, dynamics, control strategies, and grasp planning.


The successful applicant will be responsible for developing algorithms for motion planning, grasp planning, force/torque control, and adaptive manipulation using robotic arms and end-effectors. They will also integrate perception systems for object detection, pose estimation, and real-time scene understanding to enable robust manipulation.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement algorithms for motion planning, grasp planning, force/torque control, and adaptive manipulation
  • Integrate perception systems for object detection, pose estimation, and real-time scene understanding
  • Prototype and validate manipulation capabilities in simulated and real-world environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end manipulation pipelines

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of robotic arm kinematics, dynamics, control strategies, and grasp planning
  • Experience with manipulation frameworks such as MoveIt, and motion planning libraries like OMPL or RRT-based planners
  • Proficiency in integrating force/torque sensors, vision-based feedback, and simulation tools
  • Strong debugging and system integration skills, excellent teamwork and communication abilities
