Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, letters, and correspondences.
  • Arrange and requisition office supplies, stationery, and pantry refreshments.
  • Arrange and register courses for staff and workers.
  • Update staff and workers records and maintain a master list for drawings, documents, and correspondences.
  • Maintain a proper organization of our filing system and storage of documents and information.
  • Keep electronic filing and archive system for easy issuance, storage, retrieval, and management of documents to internal and external parties.

Requirements:
