Job Title: Operational Risk Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join our team. As an Operational Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing operational risks across various business units. You will also develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidating the bi-monthly Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) dashboard, including operational risks, technology risk, and compliance risks.
  • Supporting the preparation of group-wide reports submission to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the ongoing annual ORM Business Continuity Management review.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.
  • Taking accountability for considering business and regulatory compliance risks and taking appropriate steps to mitigate them.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Experience in risk management, particularly in the insurance sector, is highly desirable.
