We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Strategist to develop forward-looking risk control strategies, drive the improvement and upgrade of product safety mechanisms, and be responsible for the effect of risk solution plans. This role involves analyzing user behavior, content, user feedback, and other data to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our services. As a Risk Management Strategist, you will work closely with tech and analytic teams to build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention, and governance effect measurement systems. You will also design common risk control products and services that can support different businesses.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing risk management frameworks to reduce capital loss and improve metrics related to risk exposure;
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders to solve risk problems at scale;
  • Managing prioritization and balance trade-offs among seller experience, user experience, creator experience, and platform performance/protection within the ecosystem.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in Computer Science, Business Analytic, Math, Statistics, or related fields, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience in areas such as Antifraud, Finance Service, Risk Management, Trust & Safety. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis is required, as well as analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

Prior experience in eCommerce or Tech industry is a plus, as is fundamental understanding of statistics or Machine Learning based algorithms. A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, driving innovation on behalf of internal and external stakeholders, and sensible diagnosis of key control points is essential.
