Job Title: Tech Risk Strategist

About the Role:

This position is responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure. The role sits within the Second Line of Defense and requires collaboration with various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead sound risk management practices by enhancing and developing frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls to facilitate effective risk management.
  • Provide timely updates on IT risks to Senior Management Committees.
  • Chair IT Risk Committee meetings to oversee and govern IT risk matters.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, control testing, review, and challenge processes.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to drive risk awareness and provide guidance on risk-related matters.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT risk management, specifically IT, Cloud, and Cyber risks, including ITDR.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment, control testing, review, and challenge processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of risk management principles and relevant regulations.
  • Experience dealing with Senior Management, Auditors, and Regulators.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, CEH or any relevant certification are advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and strong communication skills.
