Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from developing search strategies to negotiating offers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Proactively source candidates through social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels
- Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 8 years experience in talent acquisition or full cycle recruiting experience
- Expertise in niche skills sourcing, passive to active conversion, engagement
- Must possess a high degree of initiative, attention to detail, and resourcing capability
- Good relationship management skills and capability in engaging stakeholders and various levels either on-site or remote
