Programme Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Programme Student Administrator.

In this dynamic and varied role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated with programme delivery, including enrolment, feedback collection, and examination logistics. You will also assist with data reporting and analysis to support decision-making, ensuring that our programmes meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

  • Processing applications for Master's Programmes, including document handling and applicant communications;
  • Coordinating interview scheduling and preparing pre-Board of Admissions (BOA) materials, including analysis and reporting;
  • Providing operational and administrative support for programme delivery, including enrolment, feedback collection, and examination logistics;
  • Supporting the planning and execution of commencement ceremonies and other programme-related events;
  • Assisting with data reporting and analysis to support decision-making;
  • Undertaking ad-hoc tasks related to programme operations and student services as required.
