  • Handle applications for overseas campus mobility and maintain accurate records, providing efficient support to students.
  • Coordinate student outpatient medical insurance registration and respond promptly to inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Manage international student orientation from pre-departure to arrival support, ensuring a smooth transition for new students.
  • Oversee visa processing and liaise with relevant vendors, streamlining the process for students and staff alike.
  • Conduct training and briefings for regional managers and partners, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver orientation sessions for new full-time student cohorts, providing essential information and guidance to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree with relevant managerial experience in student engagement or related fields, demonstrating a strong track record of achievement and growth.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard office hours, including evenings and weekends, as required, with flexible time-off arrangements to accommodate varying schedules.
