Job Description

The Student Care Centre Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a school-based student care centre.

  • Oversee the planning and implementation of programmes and activities in accordance with the set curriculum.
  • Liaise with HQ, parents, and school regarding students and centre matters.
  • Mentor, lead, and motivate staff in their work to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals of enrolment, and fees assistance schemes.
  • Maintain updated records of students' profiles and finance matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Student Care Centre Director, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing a Student Care Centre, Childcare Centre, or Kindergarten.
  • Polytechnic Diploma and above.
  • Possess good communication skills and be able to effectively multi-task.
