Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field.
  • Expert level understanding and solid experience in managing Order-To-Cash operations across APAC.
  • At least 10 years of significant and relevant experience with large, fast-growing, multi-national companies.
  • 5+ years in managing a diverse team, with a growth mindset and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and good understanding of local business customs and practices in China.
