- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH TOP AGENCIES AND KEY CUSTOMERS IN THE APAC MARKET TO UNLOCK NEW REVENUE OPPORTUNITIES AND ENHANCE CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS.
- SUPPORT META'S BROAD STRATEGY TO DRIVE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES AND SUPPORT BUSINESS GROWTH THROUGH TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCESMENTS, ENCOURAGING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW SYSTEMS AND TOOLS.
- FOSTER CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS WITH SALES, LEGAL, POLICY, AND TAX TEAMS TO ADDRESS REVENUE, BILLING, CREDIT, COLLECTION, AND CASH APPLICATION ISSUES.
- ACTIVELY SUPPORT SIGNIFICANT NEW CHANGES AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS, DRIVING CHANGE MANAGEMENT WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS TO MAINTAIN COMPLIANCE AND ADAPT TO THE DYNAMIC REGULATORY LANDSCAPE IN THE APAC REGION.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field.
- Expert level understanding and solid experience in managing Order-To-Cash operations across APAC.
- At least 10 years of significant and relevant experience with large, fast-growing, multi-national companies.
- 5+ years in managing a diverse team, with a growth mindset and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and good understanding of local business customs and practices in China.
