Currently seeking a Human Resources professional to fill the position of HR Executive.
- Full spectrum of Human Resources management and office administration responsibilities.
- Staff Recruitment and termination (on-boarding and off-boarding) with required documentation as per company procedures.
- HR benefits and compensation management.
- Administration of foreign workers matters including work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
- Recruitment: Attract, select and hire top talent to meet business needs.
- Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
- Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs including salary, bonuses, stock options and other forms of compensation.
- Foreign Workers Administration: Manage the administration of foreign workers including work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
