Job Title: Senior Officer, Cash Operations, Hub Operations Centre
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer to join our Cash Operations team at the Hub Operations Centre. As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer claims, managing third-party service providers, and performing reconciliation of cash, settlement accounts, and general ledger accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer claims within agreed service levels
- Manage third-party service providers to ensure they meet required service levels
- Perform reconciliation of cash, settlement accounts, and general ledger accounts
- Lead/participate in projects and/or process improvement initiatives
- Analyse large datasets to derive actionable plans to improve processes and reduce cost
- Document and review processes to ensure compliance with the risk framework of UOB
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of relevant working experience in banking operations
- Experience in settlement accounts/recon of cash
- Entry-level welcome to apply, on-job training provided
- Good communication and detail-oriented skills
