About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
Our Operations
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer claims within the agreed service levels.
- Manage third-party service providers to ensure they meet required service levels.
- Perform reconciliation of cash, settlement accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Lead/Participate in projects and/or process improvement initiatives.
- Analyse large datasets to derive actionable plans to improve processes and reduce cost.
- Document and review processes to ensure compliance with the risk framework of UOB.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Banking Operations.
- Experience in settlement accounts/recon of cash.
- Entry levels welcome to apply, on-job training is provided.
- Good communications and detailed-oriented.
