About the Department
The Cash Management Operations department plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash management services. As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for auditing and confirming cash transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough audits and confirmations of cash transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective operations
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cash management operations, auditing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
