**Swimming Instructor for Special Needs Children:**

  • Develop individualized lesson plans, incorporating input from parents, caregivers, and support staff to ensure seamless communication and progress.
  • Closely monitor children's behavior and responses to adapt lessons accordingly, promoting a safe and engaging learning environment.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • A valid Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification specific to infants and children.
  • Experience in working with children with disabilities or special needs, preferably in adaptive swimming or related fields.

**Preferred Qualities:**

  • Proven experience working with children with atypical development, demonstrating a deep understanding of developmental milestones.
  • The ability to design and deliver engaging and therapeutic water activities that cater to diverse needs.
