Physical Stamina : Ability to engage in water-based activities while supporting children physically if needed.
Certifications and Requirements:
Water Safety Instructor (WSI) or equivalent certification.
CPR/First Aid Certification : Specific to infants and children.
Special Needs Training : Experience or certifications in adaptive swimming, autism, or other special needs areas.
Qualities:
Experience with Special Needs : Prior work with children with disabilities or special needs.
Knowledge of Developmental Milestones : Understanding typical and atypical development in infants and children.
