Early Childhood Educator

Job Description:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing educational programs for young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Centre's policies and framework.
  • Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
  • Mentor beginning teachers and support their professional growth.
  • Manage classroom environments and maintain open communication with parents.
  • Ensure the safety and hygiene of children at all times.
  • Assume senior teacher responsibilities for the centre and oversee school programs.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or its equivalent recognized by ECDA.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in childcare/preschool settings.
  • Experience in Montessori-based curriculum is highly desirable.
  • A passion for teaching young children and possessing excellent communication skills.
