Early Childhood Educator/Senior Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to lead our childcare program as Senior. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging lesson plans that align with ECDA guidelines and framework.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and achievements.
  • Prepare and maintain learning corners and teaching materials.
  • Conduct routine care for children and ensure their safety and hygiene.
  • Build and maintain close communication with parents and guardians.
  • Assist in any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a preschool setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
