Learning Mentor Position

We are seeking a passionate and aspiring Learning Mentor to join our centres. The successful incumbent will be part of a highly committed and fun-loving teaching team, upholding high-quality early learning environments for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the main teacher to plan, supervise, and implement the program for the class, in accordance with centre policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of classroom management and routine care duties, ensuring safety and hygiene of children.
  • Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.

Skill Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well independently as well as within a team
  • Able to assist with homework and provide additional support to students
Educational Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have experience working with young children and possess relevant qualifications or training in education.
