Empower Young Minds as a Child Education Professional

About the Role:

  • Supporting Students' Emotional Well-being: Provide emotional support, conflict resolution, and positive reinforcement to ensure students feel valued and secure.
  • Program Development and Delivery: Execute engaging character development programs and activities tailored to cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Supervision and Care: Safeguard primary school children (primary 1 to 6) by ensuring they complete daily homework tasks and arrive safely at the student centre.
  • Communication and Liaison: Regularly interact with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and overall well-being.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively within a team, and demonstrate empathy towards children.

Requirements:

  • Certifications and Qualifications: Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Prior working experience in a relevant role, preferably in primary education, is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrates exceptional work ethics, maintains high integrity, displays a positive attitude when encountering challenges, and shows a genuine passion for working with children.
