Collection Process Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the collection process, ensuring timely completion and reviewing team performance in collections.
Regular AR Review meetings are conducted with AR teams and stakeholders to provide updates, share best practices, and resolve long outstanding accounts. Foster good relationships with internal and external stakeholders by maintaining open communication channels.
Key responsibilities include preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for performance monitoring, supervising staff, training, and managing staff performance. Provide guidance to the AR team to support PHI in collections and operations, participate in work improvement projects in the AR department, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Self-driven with the ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
A successful candidate should possess strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
