About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty/ Spa Trainer to join our team at Yan Sang Tang TCM PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training to therapists in line with sales cycles and training priorities, adapting training materials to fit the context, and enhancing content of existing training support documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training to therapists in line with sales cycles and training priorities
  • Adapt training materials to fit the context and enhance content of existing training support documents
  • Develop and motivate therapists and sales consultants through training and coaching
  • Contribute to training projects, training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, and action plan on training and coaching
  • Monitor competitors' new products to provide updated comparison information
  • Perform other assigned job duties as per assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in training, including delivery of training, coaching, and sales capabilities
  • High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
  • Highly driven, energetic, flexible, and team-spirited
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, ideally in Aesthetic face and body treatments
  • Certified by CIDESCO, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA, or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic
