General Support Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage incoming emails and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Draft responses and feedback via email in a professional tone
- Evaluate complex cases and escalate to supervisor for guidance
- Maintain accurate records of user enquiries/issues and replies
- Analyse email trends to identify common questions or issues and suggest improvements to the FAQs list
- Track completion of e-learning quizzes on Excel
- Educate supervisors about non-completion cases
- Generate reports and statistics as required
- Liaise with vendors and partners on event coordination and feedback
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned
Talent Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong command of English language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to write effectively
- Meticulous and systematic approach to administrative procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
- Prior experience in responding to queries and/or using CRM systems is advantageous
