Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

Job Description: As a Business Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion through the development and execution of sales strategies.

The Role: You will be responsible for building strong relationships with agents, corporate clients, and partners to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets while maintaining brand and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and transaction volume targets.
  • Identify and onboard new business partners, agents, and corporate clients for remittance services.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Manage pricing strategies in line with market conditions and company profitability goals.

Sales Team Management:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Set clear targets, provide regular performance reviews, and ensure skill development.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture with accountability and teamwork.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) guidelines and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations.
  • Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure proper due diligence for clients and partners.
  • Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements affecting the remittance industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the remittance, financial services, or payments industry.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of MAS regulations, AML/CTF requirements, and remittance operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
