A leading logistics solutions provider seeks a highly skilled Business Growth Expert to drive strategic sales expansion and strengthen client relationships. This role is ideal for experienced professionals in the logistics sector, particularly those with a background in Chemical and FMCG verticals.

This key position involves developing and executing sales strategies to meet organizational sales targets, setting short- and long-term sales objectives aligned with company goals, forecasting and managing annual sales quotas, revenue, and profitability. It also entails identifying and acquiring new customers while maintaining existing relationships, providing outstanding service to clients, analyzing logistics lanes for competitiveness, conducting financial analyses to evaluate profitability and customer performance, monitoring market trends and competitor pricing strategies, leading contract negotiations, tender submissions, and commercial proposals, overseeing sales team performance, and supporting ongoing sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the logistics industry. A strong background in contract logistics, fulfillment, transportation, and freight services is essential. Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue goals, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong leadership qualities with the ability to work across all organizational levels are necessary. Willingness to travel for business development and client engagement purposes as required.
