The ideal candidate will have a recognized bachelor's degree in any discipline and possess strong administrative skills, particularly in detail-oriented work. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential, and prior experience in working with large data management systems is advantageous.

As a Senior Executive, Undergraduate Education Office, you will work closely with program coordinators and managers to support program-related matters, including academic and curriculum support, course and student matters, graduation projects, and program events. You will also be responsible for maintaining records, collating forms, and processing applications.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support academic and curriculum matters for one of the undergraduate programs in the School of Social Sciences.
  • Work closely with program coordinators and managers to support program-related matters.
  • Maintain records and process applications related to course information, graduation projects, and program events.
