Job Title: BIM Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Draughtsman and BIM Coordinator.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and surveying engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a consultancy firm for the Junior position, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for Senior position.
  • Candidates should be committed team players with excellent communication skills.
  • They must also possess advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to produce high-quality structural plans and multi-disciplinary BIM models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conceptualise and create detailed drawings, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  • To develop and implement efficient workflows for producing BIM models, using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
  • To work closely with project architects, engineers, clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful implementation of BIM.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Draughtsmanship and technical drawing skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • BIM implementation and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to highlight discrepancies and propose solutions.
