Expert BIM Draughtsman Sought

We are seeking an experienced and skilled draughtsman with expertise in building information modeling (BIM) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting, BIM implementation, and construction management.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality multi-disciplinary BIM models on time and with quality.
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and libraries.
  • Support collaborations with project architects, engineers, clients, consultants, and contractors on BIM implementation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in C&S Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consultancy firms.
  • Strong understanding of drawings and ability to conceptualize necessary details for complete sets of drawings.
  • Proficiency in BIM tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Key Skills:

BIM Implementation and Construction Management expertise is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
