Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman and BIM Specialist to provide high-quality drawings and BIM models.

About the Role

  • Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Create multi-disciplinary BIM models in a timely manner, highlighting discrepancies and proposing solutions.
  • Assist in preparing BIM documentation, including RFI, sheets, schedules, 3D presentation, report, drawing list, tracking list, chronological order of events and timesheet.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction and Surveying (C&S) Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with construction software for junior positions, and a minimum of 5 years for senior roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of BIM tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
