Job Title: Senior Draughtsman cum BIM Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced draughtsman to join our team as a senior draughtsman cum BIM coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, as well as experience with building information modeling (BIM) tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To produce high-quality drawings and designs using AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • To coordinate and manage BIM models and data for construction projects.
  • To assist in the development of BIM standards and protocols.
  • To provide technical support to project architects, engineers, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting and design, preferably in a Singapore consultancy firm.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
