Agile Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead/Senior Scrum Master with 8–10 years of experience in Agile program and team delivery management. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Scrum, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and cross-team collaboration, with the ability to leverage AI-augmented practices to improve team performance, agility, and delivery outcomes.

  • We are looking for a talented Agile Delivery Lead to drive APEX's strategic goals by ensuring backlog ownership, delivery enablement, and continuous improvement across multiple teams.


We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead/Senior Scrum Master who can ensure adherence to Scrum principles, guiding and coaching team members to effectively fulfill their roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating virtual teams across multiple time zones, facilitating key Agile ceremonies, and monitoring backlog progress and delivery flow.


The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and proven experience in program-level ceremonies. They will also have excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong problem-solving and adaptive leadership capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 8–10 years of professional experience in Agile delivery, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) with demonstrated hands-on project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and proven experience in program-level ceremonies.
  • Experience coordinating large, distributed Agile teams across different time zones.
  • Exposure to AI-powered Agile tools for backlog management, team health monitoring, and delivery risk tracking.
