Agile Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Team Leader to join our delivery team. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Agile teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with product owners to maintain and groom the product backlog.
  • Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress and other key metrics.
  • Identify and resolve team-level impediments, escalating where necessary.
  • Support Agile adoption across the organization by mentoring and training new teams or stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II).
  • 4–7 years of experience working in Agile environments.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience working in enterprise environments or large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence or similar Agile tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
