Job Title:

A highly skilled Agile expert is sought to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and ensure Agile principles are followed across cross-functional teams. You will work closely with product owners, developers and stakeholders to drive successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and groom the product backlog.
  • Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress and other key metrics.
  • Identify and resolve team-level impediments, escalating where necessary.
  • Support Agile adoption across the organization by mentoring and training new teams or stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II).
  • 4-7 years of experience working in Agile environments.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience working in enterprise environments or large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence or similar Agile tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing project environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD or Agile testing practices.
  • Exposure to Agile at scale (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
  • PMP or additional Agile certifications a plus.
