  • We are seeking an accomplished Front of House Executive to embody our studio's warm, welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional member and guest experiences.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through friendly check-ins and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.">
  • Handle class bookings, memberships, and general inquiries efficiently and professionally.">
  • Effectively manage front desk operations, including POS transactions and studio system updates.">
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of classes and instructors.">
  • Maintain a clean, tidy reception area that reflects our brand's values.">
  • Upsell packages and memberships when suitable opportunities arise.">
  • Respond promptly and respectfully to feedback, suggestions, or complaints.">
  • Contribute to day-to-day studio operations by performing stock checks, towel service, and coordinating with housekeeping/maintenance teams.">
  • Participate in events, promotions, or community activities as required.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous customer-facing experience (preferably in fitness/wellness/hospitality).">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.">
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments.">
  • Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms.">
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.">
  • Prioritization and problem-solving abilities.">
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.">
  • Passion for health, wellness, or fitness (a plus).">
