Senior Manager, Business Development Asia Pacific

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in the APJ region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic field marketing plans, aligning with sales leaders and focusing on mid-to-bottom of the funnel activations, brand visibility, and in-region expansion.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven expertise in building out B2B regional marketing strategies, and will act as the fractional CMO of the region. You will collaborate closely with the APJ channel sales team on GTM initiatives with channel partners, manage relationships with key channel partners, and plan and execute regional in-person activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans in the APJ region.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Based in Singapore.
- 10+ years of experience in an APJ field marketing role.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
