About the RoleThe Financial Services Representative will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to walk-in customers
- Handling over-the-counter transactions efficiently and accurately
- Assisting customers with their enquiries and ensuring service delivery standards are met
- Prospecting and introducing customers to our financial products and services
- Educating and migrating customers towards our digital platform
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A customer-oriented approach to sales and service
- The ability to work well under pressure and handle large crowds
- Previous customer service experience
