We require an experienced Senior Manager, Business Analyst to lead our requirement definition efforts within the financial services sector.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate solid experience in requirement definition areas, including stakeholder identification, requirement elicitation, requirement analysis, and requirement review.
  • Hands-on experience in creating both a Business Requirement Document (BRD) and a Functional Requirement Document (FRD).
  • Good knowledge of Front-, Middle and Back-Office domain.
  • Demonstrate experience in system design, system development, or validation.
  • An acute attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and extensive requirement documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of demonstrable experience in requirement definition within the financial services sector, focusing on markets.
  • Proven experience in creating BRD and FRD, as well as expertise in all areas of requirement definition.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map and optimize them effectively.
  • Experience in validating system designs and developments, with a strong focus on quality assurance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an amicable, can-do disposition that encourages collaboration among teams.
