Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate Kplass’s brand in the healthcare market. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing brand positioning, and driving customer engagement. This role is pivotal in building market share, enhancing brand loyalty, and ensuring the success of our product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, product demand, and revenue growth.
  • Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, providing actionable insights for product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product development teams to create compelling product launches and marketing materials that highlight the benefits and applications of our medical patches.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction through targeted communication and loyalty programs.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders to expand Kplass’s market presence.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing activities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or medical products industry.
  • Skills:Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media strategies.
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Experience in market research and data analysis.
    Leadership and team management abilities.
