  • Example Projects: 24-hour operations and maintenance support, Assisting in planning and implementing the physical setup and configuration of network-based devices in data centers, Assisting in planning and implementing the physical setup and configuration of computing systems, including storage and backup solutions

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (e.g., servers, networking, cloud platforms, help desk)
  • Able to manage various shifts with flexibility, maintaining punctuality and reliability
  • Clear communication during handovers, precise documentation, and proficiency in English (Japanese a plus) for international teams
  • Quick decision-making and independent troubleshooting, especially during off-hours
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and detail-oriented in high-pressure situations, including long or night shifts
  • Strong teamwork to ensure smooth shift transitions and maintain support across teams
  • Skilled in identifying, logging, and escalating issues, with knowledge of escalation protocols
