Job Title: Talent Development Professional

About the Role

This key role involves developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to drive talent development and acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Recommend Comprehensive HR Policies: Create and implement HR policies that align with company objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Strategize Talent Acquisition and Development Plans: Design and implement talent development plans to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth.
  • Coordinate Employment Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate execution of employment documentation, including offer letters, confirmations, increments, and promotions.
  • Oversee Foreign Worker Work Permits: Manage foreign worker work permits, ensuring all requisite renewals and cancellations are efficiently processed.
  • Manage Payroll Administration, Budgeting, and Compensation Planning: Oversee payroll administration, budgeting, and compensation planning, guaranteeing adherence to set deadlines and IRAS regulations.
  • Review Staff Attendance Records: Regularly review staff attendance records, submit regular HR reports to management, and maintain accurate E-leave System data.
  • Process Employee Reimbursement Claims: Process employee reimbursement claims and maintain up-to-date leave and medical records.
  • Design and Implement New Hire Orientations: Plan and implement new hire orientations and transitioning procedures for departing employees.
  • Plan and Organize Engaging Employee Welfare Activities: Coordinate engaging employee welfare and recreation activities.
  • Handle Insurance Renewal and Claims Processing: Handle insurance renewal and claims processing.
  • Maintain the Staff Handbook: Update and maintain the Staff Handbook and optimize Opensoft e-leave and payroll software.

Requirements: A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required. At least three years of relevant working experience is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for handling employee inquiries.
