Talent Development Opportunities
The selected candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner, focusing on various People Strategies. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the organization's success by ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
- Assist in talent management, performance management, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Shared Services team in staff appointment, re-appointment, and re-employment processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of HR initiatives and projects that align with organizational objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
