Job Description

As a vital member of our organization, the Compliance Client Liaison plays a crucial role in meeting regulatory and policy requirements through collaboration with global teams.

This position requires strong client-facing skills to work closely with clients across various business sectors and regions, ensuring timely compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine client onboarding requirements in collaboration with bankers, operations, and relevant parties
  • Request and collect KYC documentation from clients
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, as well as internal functions such as bankers, operations, risk, and others
  • Track all KYC onboarding-related populations in partnership with coverage teams
  • Remove roadblocks and guide cases to completion to meet signing deadlines
  • Cover respective KYC client portfolios across business and regions, adhering to internal governance routines and those governed by support partners
  • Monitor and understand risks and impacts of non-compliance with KYC processes
  • Gather client feedback to improve
