Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Listing Management: Prepare and upload product listings, including content, for various e-commerce platforms such as Redmart, Shopee, Fairprice Online, Tiktok, Lazada, Facebook, and others in Singapore.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and ensure all product information, including pricing and inventory levels, are up-to-date and available for sale.
  • Customer Service: Receive and respond to e-commerce customer inquiries and concerns, coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and email.
  • Social Media Management: Manage e-commerce customers' comments and reviews through social media platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, conceptualizing, developing, and executing ideas for marketing projects, including digital marketing and social media content.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze trends, sales leads, product sales performance, short-term, and midterm sales forecasts, and drive monthly/yearly sales target achievement across sales networks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments' heads to plan and execute all marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Good design and copywriting skills, knowledge of video making and editing, in-depth working knowledge of popular social media platforms, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attitude: Highly initiative with positive energy, possess good attitude towards learning and improving.
