As an IT Business Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of enterprise-wide complex information systems within major organizations, ideally in a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between business and IT teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into requirements.
  • Design and implement data models, including ERD and dimensional modeling.
  • Develop and execute SQL database queries to extract insights from large data volumes.
  • Prepare datasets for analysis and validation purposes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a banking environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and software testing life cycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, JIRA, and SQL database queries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
