Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reports in collaboration with cross-functional teams, utilizing business requirements to create reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in business analysis, gather reporting and dashboard requirements, and translate them into specifications for implementation.
  • Convert legacy reports to other required solutions, working closely with specialists.
  • Transition developed reports to the Operations & Support team.
  • Provide support for report availability and performance, ensuring proper configuration management and change controls.
  • Offer technical assistance, cross-training, and user training for ad-hoc reports.
  • Design and implement technology best practices and repeatable processes.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-10 years' experience in IT, with extensive DBMS and database concept knowledge.
  • Familiarity with logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional).
  • Finance or HCM domain skill set, including Workday Advance Reporting experience.
  • Performance tuning experience, understanding of data integration issues, and complex data structures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Programming/scripting experience and software development life cycle knowledge is preferred.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
