Technical Management Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our drawing office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a group of detailers and drafters, ensuring timely delivery of drawings and alignment with project milestones.

Main Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of detailers and drafters, providing guidance and conducting regular appraisals.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve technical drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance with specifications, and adherence to codes and standards.
- Process Improvement: Implement efficient workflows, design protocols, and quality assurance measures to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate closely with engineering, fabrication, and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in managing a design or drawing office, often within engineering, manufacturing, or construction.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, manufacturing principles, and relevant CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, Tekla).
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
