Office Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled operations director to oversee corporate office design and build projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in renovation project management and coordination, as well as proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and interior design drawings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate corporate office design and build projects.
  • Liaise with clients to monitor and control cost, time, and quality.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors for drawings, submissions, completion letters, and delivery processes.
  • Perform and monitor project budgeting and expenditure control.
  • Ensure compliance with building contractual terms and relevant laws.
Key Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant experience in renovation project management and coordination.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and interior design drawings.
