Technical Project Coordinator: A Leadership Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of detailers and drafters to produce high-quality technical drawings.
  • Developing and implementing efficient workflows, design protocols, and quality assurance measures within the drawing office.
  • Collaborating with engineering, fabrication, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitoring quality standards and ensuring drawings meet client specifications, engineering calculations, and industry requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a design or drawing office in engineering, manufacturing, or construction.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, manufacturing principles, and relevant CAD software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
